Pawpaw Hike

After joining us for the 6th Annual Harford County Pawpaw Celebration, learn even more about this unique native fruit tree at the Susquehannock Wildlife Conservation Center.

We will meet at the red barn at 11:00am and start walking around the property to look for Paw Paw and the species that depend on them, after a brief introduction. We will loop around the property and learn a lot about the natural history of the Pawpaw. The hike will end with a tour of the Wildlife Conservation Center.

Simultaneously, we will be co-hosting a hawk watch with the Harford Bird Club and those who are interested can stick around an learn more about migratory hawks and other birds.
